Cet appel s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet \u00ab Renforcement de l\u2019Engagement des Acteurs Locaux \u00e0 la Gouvernance des Ressources Naturelles dans le Septentrion Cameroun (REAL-GRNS) \u00bb. Projet financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne, il est mis en \u0153uvre par le consortium constitu\u00e9 du Centre pour l\u2019Environnement et le D\u00e9veloppement (CED), le R\u00e9seau de lutte contre la Faim (RELUFA) et For\u00eats et D\u00e9veloppement Rural (FODER). Ledit appui visera \u00e0 financer les actions en lien avec les probl\u00e9matiques adress\u00e9es par le projet et se d\u00e9roulant dans les r\u00e9gions de l\u2019Adamaoua et du Nord Cameroun, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les zones de : Guider, Ngaoui, Tchollir\u00e9, Poli, Mb\u00e9, Ngaound\u00e9r\u00e9, Galim-tign\u00e8re, Meiganga, Djohong, Banyo, Figuil, Ngong, Tibati, Nganha, Ngaoundal, Dir,
