The full calabash, central in our logo, stands for Life in Abundance for All. The decorations on the calabash are traditional Adinkra symbols. Branches of Life signify our reliance on the Grace of God as Provider. Reminiscent of slavery, the chains have become symbols of justice and denounce all forms of bondage. The calabash is held up in a joint effort by people from all regions in Cameroon. Men and women are equal in number to imply equity between the genders, while the blind woman and the Bagyeli (“pygmy”) in the middle represent the marginalized of society.
